"My therapist didn't show up 3 times (I sat there 30 minutes + each time) and then tried to charge me for canceling with a phone call 1hr before my appointment. I didn't feel like a priority. This was over a year ago at this point"
"I showed up for my appointment. She did not. I waited and called for 30 minutes before I just left. Then they sent me a bill for a cancellation fee. Strangely enough, my insurance company didn't even receive the bill it says was sent to them (or have ANY knowledge of it at all) for the "cancellation." Shady!"
