"I gave this office 2 stars strictly because of Dr. Ross. She is thorough and informative but that doesn’t carry you too far when you have nonchalant and dismissive office staff. You will have to call behind them for basic things like prescription reminders. In addition, good luck with getting any type of urgent, yet non emergency matter seen within 30 days of setting the appt, and even when you make an appt, it’s likely to get canceled and you’ll have to wait another month. I’m so glad I found another doctor in the area that is 10x better and their staff is efficient."
"This previous year I have had the worst experience switching to a new primary care office. I only switched to get a doctors office that was near by my home. Waldorf women's care recommended them to me so I was confident that this place would be a great start. PLEASE DO NOT pick them. I hate writing reviews, but I had to write this. I’m concerned for the well being of others who may be looking for a PCP. This office is not a place that I would recommend to my worst enemy. The office staff are horrible, they over charge you by using wrong codes so the insurance doesn’t cover what it’s supposed to cover. My insurance AETNA even made calls on my behalf to this office and told them they coded my visit incorrectly! Not only did they cheat me out of money they also did not provide me with my prescription. They gave me a 3 month supply knowing that I needed a full years worth. Then when I ran out of my medicine, I had to call several times to get them to refill my prescription, so CVS could fulfill it. Once they filled it, CVS pharmacist told me they only did it for another 3 months again. WHAT A JOKE! So not only did I pay them over $300 for an annual physical! I’m also dealing with calling them every 3 months to get a prescription that should have already been done! They don’t care if it Lapse or if you don’t have the medicine you need. INSURANCE SCAMMERS, NON COMMUNICATIVE, NON RESPONSIVE, AND BAD UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS COMING FROM THEIR OFFICE!"
"Communication is KEY no matter if your at a doctors office or anywhere. One of my parents who is elderly is at this practice. I moved him in in good faith to think he would be taken care of. The Doctor is amazing.. but the communication at this office is TERRIBLE! If using the portal you never get a response.. even to the most urgent issues. I feel let down to know that someone wasn't getting back to me on such urgent topics relating to my elderly parent. I asked the front office are they not getting my messages.. I was told "we are getting them, but was told by the doctor to not bother her until the end of the day" are you serious! I'm not recommending someone to a office where we aren't thought about as their patients. This is a place where we spend alot of money at for care and we would hope your communication! Since my parent last visit... he has been transferred to a nursing home since we cant care for him like we want to... not one call.. not one visit.. nothing. Who does this!!! im just outraged of the treatment and care that is and was given to him. When I sat in on some of his visits.. the doctor I can tell is very knowledgeable... but where did this go wrong? I really just hope it gets correct asap..... we need care of him more than ever and the feeling of not having his doctor in our corner is so upsetting. The staff or front office needs to be re-trained on how to speak to others... this is making the office look bad as well. You should always greet with a smile and not rush anyone off the phone or out the way... this should of been taken care of.. as i read the other reviews this is a problem for most folks!!! ****UPDATE****** Still no call or update on my concerns - since then my Father passed July 27, 2020. I am upset and frustrated with the professionalism of the Doctor and the staff. Not only was I not updated with my concerns or questions when they knew I was attempting to get him home from the nursing home he was in... but the lack of communication ...TERRIBLE. Since his passing, I have heard from all of his other doctors.. his MAIN Primary care doctors office I heard NOTHING from. I understand some of the concerns and frustrations with the others on these reviews reference the staff... but the doctor at one point needs to correct this.. and she has not. She is just as much to blame. I hope she checks her self and her staff.. because this is the worse doctors office...the care for my father is terrible."
"This is my review of the office, not the Dr. directly. I heard good things about Dr. Ross, but I didn’t even make it past the start of becoming a new patient. I had such a terrible experience with scheduling, that I never even got to see Dr. Ross. I scheduled my first appointment, and the office called me the day before to cancel because the Dr. wasn’t going to be available. They offered me the next available appointment which was a whole 1 month later. So a month later, I showed up for my appointment on time and waited approximately 1.5 hours and still wasn’t seen yet. When I asked the office staff how much longer the wait was, they said there was still 1 person ahead of so they didn’t know. When I opted to just leave, and have them just cancel my appointment, the receptionist offered me another appointment for the next available date... which was over 30 days away! I told them to just shred my paper work smh."
"Been a patient of Dr Ross for a few years. The experience with her staff and office management is always horrible. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages. Then, when you ask about it, Dr Ross has no answers and doesn't seem too concerned about the terrible service. My wife and I will be moving on to another doctor this year."
