Reviews of UM CRMG - Women's Health at White Plains
"(Zero Star) Horrible place, the front desk girl is so annoying and always have bad attitude. And so they take too long to answer the phone to make an appointment."
"If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. I am disheartened and disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism that I experienced at the Charles County Regional Women's Health Center in Waldorf, MD. After checking in for my scheduled appointment, I was made aware that the company had a 15 minute grace period. While this is a standard practice, my concern is that I arrived and began check-in at the 14 minute mark. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I completed the sign-in process at 9;17 am, at which time I was told that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Apparently their policy applies to the check-in process as well, none of which was communicated on the front end. #protectBlackwomen"
"From Tra at desk. Victoria s prompt check in to John and Jeff's Great oil change service along with windshield wiper blades. Sorry to pleasure to do business"
"As much as didn’t want to leave this review, I wouldn’t want a first time mom to go through what I am going through. For the past 5 weeks, I have been battling with severe nausea. When I can came in on November 1 for my first appointment, We waited over 45 minutes after our appointment time to see a medical assistant. It is now November 14th and I have called the office several times to get my prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy and this office has still not sent over electronic prescription for my prenatals or nausea medication that I desperately need. Every time I call, they tell me they will send a message to the doctor. They don’t care about your well being here or your babies well being. The medical assistants here are aggressive and not the least bit empathetic. Find a different clinic for your prenatal care"
"Had a wonderful experience until today. Denied my postpartum appointment because I had to bring my child (not everyone has a babysitter). I understand children are not permitted and I wouldn’t have had an issue rescheduling, but as they were telling me this, a woman walks straight through the door they told me children could not go passed with a baby (not much older than mine). When I pointed this out, I was told the woman is just dropping off lunch and leaving through the back door (As I see the woman and baby sitting in an office room). Rules should be applied to everyone! Side note: My baby is exclusively breastfed, I cannot leave my baby with a sitter (if I had one) while he is this young. How are mothers suppose to get the proper care they need if they do not have a babysitter and children are not permitted at appointments? How are mothers suppose to seek help for postpartum depression if they do not have a babysitter and children are not permitted at appointments? I will be finding a new office that supports mothers."
