"I have been going there for three years. They were my primary care physician. When my Nurse practitioner left for another job it went down hill from there. My last appointment was at 12:00 noon I arrived at 11:45am. At 1:00pm I still had not been seen. I went to the front dest and told them no one should have to wait over an hour and I was leaving . Why book appointments if you have to wait that long. My time is just as important as there time. P.S My wife waited over an hour last month for her appointment. I will never go back."

"I am appalled that this place calls themselves a doctor's office. I was here at the office yesterday for 3 hours and I'm still waiting for my prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy. 24 hours later and they still have no idea when I will get my prescriptions. Brittany that answers the phone is very rude and not understanding in the least bit. I will not be going back to this office again. If you worry about your health, I suggest going somewhere else. UPDATE Sunday December 17th. Just called back again and was told they have no idea when my scripts will even be called in. Friday my blood pressure was through the roof (top number over 200 and bottom number over 100, stroke zone) I have already had a stroke, heart attack and was in a car accident on the 7th. Aren't doctors supposed to help you?? Anyone looking for a Dr should look somewhere else. There is no organization in their office, Dahlgren or King George, and I need a new Dr. That's my mission for Monday. If I don't stroke out before then."

"Terrible experience. I had a really bad fall and hurt my knee to the point where I couldn’t walk stand or sit. I went there and was referred to medical imaging at King George for x-rays and told by the doctor once the x-rays are faxed back over to them, they will call me with the next steps well, two days later I still have not received a call and even though I keep calling up there, they keep telling me that they do not have access to the fax machine when the imaging clinic confirmed to me that they sent my results over. So I am left waiting in pain not knowing if I have a serious injury or not and what I should do for the last two days. After calling a final time, the receptionist told me they recommend that I just go to the emergency room. What a complete waste of time and carelessness on behalf of this clinic."

"Decent staff, absolutely horrible billing "practices". We visited this clinic on several occasions last year. Paid everything in full. Had a visit in March and husband goes to pay over the phone ($35 listed on the only bill we received since we paid everything from last year) and is weirded out that they said $355 instead. Unfortunately, he didn't question it and paid in full, so now they have our money and keep claiming it's from last year. They refuse to show us an itemized list, insurance is showing everything is paid and it lines up with our bank statements from last year. Billing goes to a voicemail that no one calls back from and if they do, they are completely useless. They claimed to have escalated to management, but haven't heard back from anyone with any answers. There is literally no recourse for the situation, and they don't care. They have their money and that's that I guess. Complete and utter thieves. Stay away."

"They knowingly enforce their medical staff to give misguided medical information to their patients and if they refuse they loose their job! It takes a selfish sick minded careless person to do such a thing regardless of the reasons why. When you are responsible for public health and safty, it's your responsibility to put your patients above your paychecks! All they care is about staying wealthy, 95 percent of all rich people are evil, pathetic and always value money over the wellbeing of a fellow human being! You are supposed to protect your patients by giving them proper medical information not give misguided medical information just to keep your job. Where's the honor in misguided people? They lack dignity and value their paychecks over giving the correct medical advice."
