"I booked with Lucky Nails before and the last time I booked, I got Covid so I needed to cancel my appointment. The next time I called was to bring my wedding party in to get nails done for my wedding, and every time I called, my call went straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails. Once I realized something seemed off, I called from my fiancés phone and it rang right through. So it's clear that they blocked my number after I had to cancel while sick. One of the strangest business choices I've ever seen. I had been recommending here to friends but I will not any longer. EDIT*** I absolutely did NOT cancel 4 times. I cancelled exactly one time. Based on a positive Covid test. I CHANGED my appointment to be earlier in the week-one time prior- with much, much notice. Which is what you asked for; a reschedule. I am actually so surprised that you would lie about that based on a negative review. "Four times". Not only will I now not be recommending it, I will go out of my way to tell every single person I know and every one of my thousands of followers to tell every person they know to not come to you. Simply based on you blatantly lying about what happened, as well as the unprofessional and petty business practice of blocking a phone number."
