"I had a pleasant, fast experience at the urgent care center this evening. Came in with what I thought was an ear infection, and turns out my ear just needed to be flushed. The staff from the receptionist, triage nurse, doctor, and the nurse who did the irrigation were all kind and took great care of me. I already feel so much better. Thank you!"
"Honestly, you wouldn't need a metal detector if you saw your patients in a timely manner and if you treated ppl correctly. I get why you guys need it because of how terrible your service is and how expensive it is monthly. I just wish you employed as many Dr's as you have security guards. A 2 hour wait is normal at this location. Dr appointments to schedule are about a half month to month out. You are clearly understaffed and your staff is extremely happy to hear when patients are forced to leave because of long wait times. I sat and watched one of your employees just smile and say we can't help you or see you for two hours and watch the patients leave without any effort to see what's wrong with them if they even need immediate treatment. Your staff is just there for a paycheck and are so systematic."
"Didn't even know it was possible to have this good of an experience in urgent care. I sprained my knee and expected that I'd be sitting in the waiting room for 2-4 hours before seeing a doctor, but to my surprise I was seen in under 5 minutes instead! Everyone was very speedy and very professional. The doctor did a great job of explaining the nature of the injury and the treatment to me in a way I understood. Could not recommend more."
"Overall a very clean and professional facility. Routine visits/appointments have always been on time, professional and polite. I have not had a bad experience with anyone. The staff greet you upon arrival and work to help you get to where you need to be. My experience with their urgent care is limited, and yes there was a small wait due to the high number of people there, but this is to be expected with Urgent Care. But our turn came quick enough and they were quick and efficient with diagnosis, treatment, and have excellent follow up. I never felt that we were in the dark or uninformed about where we were in the process. Use the app, have a little patience if its busy, and this facility will fit your needs very well."
"My son presented with abdominal pain and urinary issues, prompting us to seek medical attention. We contacted the Kaiser help line and spoke with a nurse who advised us to go to urgent care for a urine test since no doctor appointments were available in a timely manner. On Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 1:30 pm, we arrived at Urgent Care in Woodbridge, VA and provided a half bottle urine sample. After checking in, we were instructed to wait outside and were told that we would be called back in 30 minutes. Despite waiting until 4:00 pm, we did not receive any communication regarding the status of the urine test. Upon inquiry, the nurse indicated that they did not yet have the results and advised us to wait for another 20 minutes. Subsequently, we waited until 5:00 pm before being informed that the urine sample provided was insufficient for testing, which we find perplexing as we know for a fact that the sample, we provided was a half-bottle. We believe that the mishandling or misplacement of the sample by negligent or unprofessional staff members is a plausible explanation for the unanticipated outcome. This experience has left us concerned about the quality of service rendered and the reliability of the staff at this facility. We are disheartened that my son, who also presented with a cough and sore throat, was not thoroughly assessed during our 6-hour wait at the facility. We intend to lodge a formal complaint with relevant healthcare regulatory bodies to ensure that our experience is fully addressed and to prevent a recurrence of similar incidents."
