"Go anywhere else. My son receives secondary insurance from Medicaid. This is his assigned doctor. First problem. Completely inaccessible for child in a wheelchair. Secondary, doctor refused to sign the paperwork (after wasting 1/2 of a vacation day and three hours sitting in his office. If you have a choice go somewhere else. If, like us, the state assigned him to you I suggest calling the state to complain. Shouldn’t be a licensed provider and definately should not be receiving patients with disabilities."

"I don’t want to leave bad a bad rating. This office has been really good to me and my 1 yr old baby. They always get him in when he’s sick and the pediatricians and Dr. Jahdidi have been great. They are usually behind schedule and you do have to add additional waiting time but they are very efficient and kind here. I called the after hours physician for the for the first time tonight because I had some concerns about my son. The person that answered was very rude, she didn’t identify herself as I wanted to know who I was speaking to about my child. When I asked her name she blew me off as if I was bothering her as it was 12:45 am. She yelled you’re calling me in the middle of the night how can I help you ?! . That’s the whole reason for the after hour contact I thought. I’ve never received such horrible service from this office. It’s always 1 rotten apple in the bunch. Overall good office experience. But don’t bother calling the after hour it was no beneficial for me and insulting."

"Soooo long wait time. Our appointment was at 11 but dr didn't see my kids till 1. We waited there for 2 hours but no sign of our turn. Horrible place to go."

"I don’t even know how this place is a doctors office. I DO NOT recommend anyone to bring their children here. Horribly wait times, small waiting room ( no toys, only TV ), the NP couldn’t even answer my questions and she had no bedside manner with my daughter Overall, just a bad experience."

"Honestly I love this office every time I take my children for a physical, or sick visit they are always so welcoming and the energy is always great.. sometimes the wait time can be a little long but overall it’s a great pediatrics and adolescent clinic! Also I’d like to add that every time I call for a record or need them to fax something it’s always ready and done in a timely manner! No complaints from me!"
