"Mr.Fuller is a great instructor and it shows he genuinely cares about teaching, him and Davis made learning fun great instructors. Mr.Endel has made hands on learning very easy by providing a lot of hands on experience and actually teaching steering and suspension and has helped me in my career to do alignments and to change out tires and other components by myself. Mr.B is also a great teacher who actually teaches the course and keeps students engaged while teaching the topic of fuel and emissions."
"I’m actually a parent to a previous student who attend and completed his time.. unfortunately my son complained about the teachers here. I ignored him honestly because my older son was a previous student as well back in 2016 but he didn’t complain too much only that the president of this school wasn’t approachable and could be a bit mean.. for the life of me I cannot understand how these students at times are handled like children what makes any company become successful ? our MONEY!!! In this case Which students pay. please find another approach that fits these young adults/grown people.. In addition job placement or job fair was so unsuccessful if u’re like me as a parent you instill work ethics and push to obtain a skill/ trade for our young men. I was throughly disappointed how this company did not make sure my son was secure with job placements he attended job fairs/etc. he would get hired and then he was quickly laid off because of lack of experience smh knowing what I know now you need experience in this field HVAC! But thats why they are here…..to learn this trade! had I have known experience is what the work force in these companies requires I wouldn’t have wasted so much money at this school take this tip just work under someone or go to a free program that’ll teach you and make sure you get a job Don’t waste your hard earned money…….no one has to respond because what you’ll say won’t fix this problem and by the way we reached out to the guy here who deals with job placement his comment was “ I’m not here to give you a job but I can make sure your resume looks good and I’ll reach back out” No feed back response from him… by the way sir he has no work trail so how in the world you’re going to make that resume look good… people don’t waste your money… take these tips…"
"Great Automotive Training Program with enormous possibilities within the Maryland Virginia DC area! The Teachers at this School host a great wealth of knowledge and the School is one of the best equipped for Teaching of Automotive Technologies that I've personally seen. I'm returning to Baltimore after a hiatus away from Maryland and am extremely anxious to finally get signed up for The Automotive Program and get going on my future as an Automotive Technician! Love the School and love the area of Columbia, MD!"
"I had an incredible experience with Mr. Endel as my teacher. Not only did he deliver hands-on lessons that made complex topics clear, but he went above and beyond by helping me replace my cars broken axle, ensuring I could commute to work and school hassle-free. His dedication to practical learning and genuine concern for his students make him an outstanding educator. Highly recommend!"
"The teachers make the program! I am a student in the Automotive Program and the curriculum leaves a lot to be desired!!! Gives a good overview and will help students to network in the industry. However it is a for profit school and that will always mean that the bottom line is the priority over everything!!! Would like to see the instructors be better supported by management because they really pour their hearts and souls in to their classes! Mr. Endel has been there forever and still is incredibly energetic and engaging even after 20 some years teaching here! He truly goes above and beyond day in and day out! Mr. Miles is newer to Lincoln but he also puts so much into teaching his classes! He is very knowledgeable and explains things in easy to understand ways! MR. Myrick teaches engines class and explains the science behind the basic function of engines very well! All and all the instructors really are what make this program at all worthwhile!!! Mr. Al is awesome as well!!!"
