"Pretty easy check in. They gave us water and masks if we liked. Friendly staff. Wait time was just as it showed on line. Tv in the room was nice addition to keep us busy while we waited. Bill was higher than I expected but that’s medical for you."

"I was in and out during my visit . My wait time was maybe two hours . But overall the care and compassion of the nurses were felt and the doctor listened to my concern . I would definitely go back here before patient first. Not to mention you can see where you are on the waitlist on your phone and on the screen in the waiting room. The TVs has stuff for the kids to watch and the adults . It was perfect and the seating was widely spaced ! I felt Safe from germs !"

"It took an hour to get in a room from the time I checked in. I did have a scheduled appointment. The provider was only in my room for a couple minutes and her assessment was rushed. She talked very fast and her explanation of my diagnosis was very quick. The front desk staff and medical assistant were pleasant."

"Although my wait was longer than anticipated it was worth it. The environment was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous and the NP quickly diagnosed and explained my condition and provided me with the necessary meds for treatment. Special shout out for Ebony! Thanks! Bernice"

"The staff was very professional and helpful. They were caring and considerate. Kudos to Marie for her compassion and concern as well as her diligence in answering my concerns. I love the mechanism used that shows where you are positioned in line to be seen. My downfall was that I decided to go at the wrong time of the day and there were quite a few people ahead of me. Also, there was a dinner break at 6:00 pm that made my visit well over 2 hours. In spite of those circumstances I emphatically would use this facility again!"
