"Very bad, the hospital gave me a follow-up appointment for a nasal fracture for 1 to 3 days, I went as I had an appointment for the time and it was closed until January 2 and then on January 2 I called and they told me that there is availability until February 22 And it is assumed that when there is a nasal fracture they have to treat you within 14 days and I still don't have an appointment because they told me they will call you later, they never called. very badly"

"Dr. Wong is great!! This was my first visit with him. He answered all my questions regarding my ears and throat. I walked out feeling so much better- literally felt like I could hear the whole world talking. :) Now, I will concentrate on getting my acid reflex in check. The front office was great as well. "Went to Dr Wong for a infected salivary. He refused to provide service after charging for serivec. His reason was because I didn't have on a mask completely. He said that it's Maryland mandate to wear a mask, which isn't true. That's actually a lie, then he tried to correct himself and say well it's my office policy. No one mentioned this when I called for an appointment. And when I got there, there wasn't any mask available at the assistance desk. I informed the doctor that I can barely talk, my entire right side of my face is swollen, I have pus coming out of my gland and I removed my mask partially so I could communicate with him. That wasn't good enough for him and he refused to provide me service. This mask thing is ridiculous when you have a Dr that won't treat a patient that is going to exam you anyway. I'm glad he is not an ER doctor! I'm definitely going to file a complaint with with board. I would not recommend or suggest anyone go to this doctor for any reason. He doesn't have or use basic common sense."

"Never again. Bad at coordinating and all about the money and wasting your time. Had pre-surgical tests to be done but he told me to wait until they know when they can schedule the surgery. His office calls to schedule the surgery appointment but it’s for only 3 days later. NO WAY anyone would be able to schedule the pre-surgical tests he requested me to do (and told me to wait on). Right back to square one. Completely unorganized. Not to mention, the “surgery” was completely unnecessary. It could’ve been done in the office. I’ve had the procedure done many times. Never needed a full blown surgery and all the bells and whistles ($$$) that come with it. I got the same exact outcome as many times before for 10x the money and TIME and inconvenience involved."

"After going to my doctor twice I found Dr. Wong on line. I read his reviews and set an appointment. After dealing with my issue for months and not seeing lasting results. Dr. Wong explained that I had irritated my ears by trying to clean them with warm water and pressure. It caused a reaction of eczema that caused my ears to drain and flake up on the inner ear. After the recommended treatment I am happy to say it is no longer an issue. I only met with Dr Wong twice, once for the initial and for a final check out. I am thankful for the reviews that were posted that helped me set the appointment, I hope this helps you."
