"Terrible experience here from the start. Scheduled with a counselor only to find out after I showed at the appointment that her schedule didn't work with mine (even though I asked the receptionist beforehand). Second counselor was awful but gave her 3 sessions to give it a try and finally left. PRIOR to first session, gave insurance over the phone and receptionist confirmed that they were in network I would have $150 to pay and after that a copayment. During each session they kept taking more $ from me and said the deductible hadn't yet been reflected but would return $ after running through insurance. Each session I asked how long until I pay just a copayment and they were clueless. After paying over $400, they sent yet another $100 bill in the mail. I called to contest and explain that they had told me they were in network and that I would pay much less than I already had. They told me they had no record and refused to do anything about it. So I paid hundreds of dollars for awful counseling. Stay away from this place."

"my first experience here was 20 years ago, when i was dealing with depression. i found everyone to be incredible. my counselor, my doctor, the support staff, everyone. i recently lost my father and needed some help to work through it, so i'm back. some of the staff has changed, but my opinion has not. everyone here is kind, courteous and accommodating. sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs to find the right fit for you... i am thankful that was not the case for me. i personally find this place to be outstanding in every way."
