Planned Parenthood - Waldorf Health Center

"I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s a joke of a facility. The young people working in these facilities really lack knowledge and basic hospitable skills. It doesn’t seem like they should have a healthcare facility ran in such a way. Not one person including the provider gave me any more details than if I would’ve went on google. I could’ve put on the “providers” coat and did her job for 8 hours. They are a FREE CLINIC not a women’s health facility. They should not be charging insurance companies for their services. At all! Find a real doctors office and let this facility determine its own fate…."

"I’ve been to this Planned Parenthood a few times and while the people there are nice, they don’t truly care or try to treat whatever issue you’re having. They just try to put you on birth control to “control” what’s going on.. like how can you even tell if someone needs birth control without checking their uterus to see what the issue is? Plus they are always 30+ mins late when you have a set appointment time. I’m done going here, they’re only good for STD testing."

"The front desk personnel was very friendly and warm when I walked in to the facility to sign in and complete all the forms, which are virtual. The sign in process was smooth and easy. The nursing staff were very friendly and seemed like they liked having conversations. They made sure what tests were being done. This was a very warm environment. The only thing was the main nurse practitioner was monotone and just was in and out. Granted I had no questions but the nurse practitioner seemed to want to rush me out of there. Other than that, a great, easy and short experience."

"Would give 0. Horrible horrible place. I went in to get checked out by a doctor and get referal to get an ultrasound. I was turned down and told to go to ER because they don’t treat ovarian pain. How does that even make sense? I was in tears trying to get some help. I can’t even see the doctor to get a referral? On top of that they never gave my ID back, and I drove over an hour and half to go there. Will be talking to services at planned parenthood and tell them about this. AND have them mail me back my ID. Horrible nightmare. Never again. Thankfully I was able to go to urgent care where they did an ultrasound for about $200 Less than just my appointment to see someone at PP. Please do not waste your time or money. They don’t care"

"Felice at the front desk is very friendly and kind, she welcomed me with a smile when I walked in and kept a friendly demeanor throughout my visit. Danielle was extremely professional and listened to my concerns, asked follow-up questions and was genuine. Jordana was AMAZING, she is very knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and very personable. These three ladies are absolutely amazing!!"
