"The clinical staff is great; but why put CUSTOMERS through on line check in when you're going to ask to see all theirs docs anyway? You can't have it both ways. You're inco veniencing people and burning staff time needlessly."
"The PA Jessica Sewell is great, she definitely loves her job and takes care of her patients. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for her peers. *cough* Susan Barratt, CRNP & Pamela Brooks, Practice Administrator. I went to follow up with Susan after an ER visit and I thought it went fine, until I read the notes from my visit and realized she didn’t listen to a word I said? And then when I asked Susan to update the notes to be accurate (for future doctors and insurance purposes) she told me I never reported the symptoms I’m claiming I had. I KNOW WHAT I SAID. I saw one doctor that day, she saw multiple patients. This was related to a head injury, so imagine I passed out and got taken to the ER and they saw my chart like “hmmm, definitely can’t be related to the head injury.” I want my chart to be accurate, why is this such a hard request! So then I was referred to Pamela because Susan couldn’t be bothered to deal with me anymore. Pamela basically told me it’s no big deal and to go to the ER if I’m still feeling those symptoms. Ma’am! If/when I go to the doctor they’re gonna see your notes!! Doctors barely let you speak or care what you say, they read your chart! So CORRECT MY DANG CHART. 0/10 experience, so glad I’m never going back here again. UPDATE: now they’re saying they can’t update the chart because “I didn’t report the symptoms at the time of the appointment” LOL my whole problem is I DID SAY IT AT THE TIME OF THE APPT and the doctor didn’t freakin listen to me. Like seriously? Some people don’t belong in the medical field, Susan and Pamela are those people."
"I arrived at 234 for a 230 appointment and was turned away. This was for an appointment I'd made four months ago and the next available appointment was six months away. Four minutes late. These people are shameless."
"My previous doctor retired that I had over 8 years with. So I had to find a new one , family told me about looking into John Hopkins. I was nervous at first, since I never went to the doctors by myself. I was assigned to Doctor Bothwell as a patient. Now Im more then happy to be a patient of hers. She listens , cares and makes you feel comfortable talking about issues you might have and always finds a great solution. I recommend John Hopkins."
"This is a great location and I had a great experience here with the doctors. Only downside, was the blood draw. Twice they turned me away saying they couldn't get blood from me. The first time they tried three times, said I was dehydrated and little veins. (Woman smelled like cigs) Second time a different woman looked at my arms and said "I'm not even going to try". I went to LabCorp and they said I had great veins and it was no problem. Go to another place to get your blood drawn."
