"Literally everyone here is so polite, sensitive to expectant mothers, and sweet except the receptionist Andrea Crider (sp). When I came in, I was visibly sick and said I had been bleeding. Did she say anything soothing or even address my concern? No, she, while laughing with another staff member about needing to reboot her computer, simply told me she'd have to bring the paperwork to me. Later, when she handed it to me, I wasn't able to return it to her immediately because I was in severe pain. 6 minutes after I was supposed to have my appointment, I asked her when I'd be seen and she said she was waiting on me, although she never checked on me (she wasn't working with anyone else) or asked what the hold up was, if I was okay, etc regarding why I hadn't returned the paperwork I told her I took awhile due to my pain. She instantly became combative and defensive. I reminded her that I told her when I came in I was bleeding. She didn't apologize or show concern. Instead, she took my paperwork and said with an attitude, "Anyways." This is disgusting, unprofessional, classless behavior. She needs sensitivity training and a reminder that an obgyn clinic isn't the setting to be rude and dismissive to moms. I'll be reporting her to the higher ups of this company."

"This location can be hit or miss. It’s usually clean and bright, and 2/3 of the time I didn’t have to wait very long. There are a lot of patients throughout the entire practice, so I didn’t get to meet Dr. Moore or Dr. Waldorp until the hospital, but I did interact with a lot of their midwives. I cannot underscore how amazing Dr. Moore and especially Dr. Waldorp were throughout the actual birthing experience. I wanted as natural as possible, and unfortunately needed to be induced. They induced me very slowly, which contributed towards me being able to have a vaginal birth of my 9.6 lbs baby. Dr. Waldorp is an inspirational human being and she made me feel so empowered when it came to pushing."

"So I was referred to Moore Obgyn by one of my really good friends who just had her baby girl with them. I just want to leave a review to document my experiences at the different offices. My first appointment was at the greenbelt office & everyone was great but the woman who did my sonogram was kinda short with me. she didn’t talk or say anything so we literally sat in silence. It wasn’t that big of a deal just was a little odd. I switched to the forestville office cause it’s closer to me. The woman at the front that greets you is so sweet and nice. Both women who drew my blood were wonderful. My sonograms here have been so pleasant, the woman talked to me and my baby’s father, pointed out everything, gave me some kind words & plenty of pictures. Now this nurse.... I’m not feeling her. She not necessarily rude but she’s not pleasant either. One time, I waited in the room for 30 minutes just for her to come in & say “we will see you in 4 weeks” then she left. Then I was having my anatomy scan last month and she just bust in the door and is talking loudly at the woman doing my ultrasound. no knock, nothing and we were mid conversation. Again, not that big of a deal but I just feel like if they gone have me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes every appointment, i at least would like them to be a little more considerate and let me enjoy the moments before the baby comes. That said, I am moving soon so I’m transitioning to the DC location so i’m hoping everyone there is nice too. Also, super excited to meet Dr. Moore. My friend said he was so great to her so i’m hoping i get to meet him soon because as I get closer to my due date I’m feeling the nerves and my friend said actually meeting him made her feel comfortable."

"Very dissatisfied. I went in for my regular check up and it did not feel like a Dr. office. They have this nurse do my Paps and she have no people skills it felt like you were in a third world country were most of those Dr. office have little to no people skills toward human due to their economic status and they are just doing thing because they are getting pay or it’s their job. They need to train those nurse to have people skills and communication. They also gave me wrong information and almost make believe something it was not true. I will not be coming back. I pay too much for my private insurance to be wasting it on some office that can even train their staff the proper way."

"I’ve had a great experience with this location. I experienced my first miscarriage(Ms. Uloma literally gave me her shoulder to cry on)and I end up having to get a D&C which I also never had but Dr. Moore made me feel so calm and relaxed even though I was so terrified at first. The staff members are nice and pleasant. When I do decide to become pregnant again I’ll definitely be using Dr. Moore Office."
