"I'm a player at NVVA, and I have been for a while. This place is great! The players are nice, and the other players definitely have visible growth. I wholeheartedly recommend NVVA for a passionate volleyball player. It's a great place to meet new people, and make friends who ate probably in your school that you didn't know about. I also see a growing friendship between the parents, too! This place has commendable teamwork, and I'm thrilled to be a growing athlete at NVVA."
"I called and emailed several times to register my daughter and had few questions but no one seem to care to respond."
"We love this place! My daughter has played her for the last 3 years and we’ve never had a bad experience. From the facility staff( Melissa, Tia and Bree) to the coaches, they all are fantastic! If I ever have a question they are always so friendly and helpful and make sure to find an answer for me in a timely manor. My daughter plays club here and an amazing opportunity they offer are the financial programs they have for low income and military families. I have not found a club that works with the families like NVVA does to make sure that EVERY child has the opportunity to play volleyball no matter their situation. This place has turned into our second family and I really can’t say enough about the staff and how I’m so thankful we found NVVA durning covid!!"
"The coaches are adequate. Their facility is nice. Their communication is awful and takes forever to get answers, and some messages they ignore. It is now past the fall registration and their office staff is unresponsive. The communications they do send out are sometimes wrong or incomplete. Dear owner, you need more help. Their schedules posted online when you register are nothing like what actually happens and you would never know until it gets posted in their app. They don't communicate when schedules will be when you register. Our games are scheduled Sunday mornings when they posted that they would be Saturdays. Their website shows different start dates than what actually happens. They take "donations" for spectator tickets and make you pay to watch your child play in their games."
"It's very frustrating how this facility don't answer their phones. They don't return your calls after leaving several vms. I have emailed no reply to email either. How would you enroll your child if noone answer phone calls. What kind of facility is this?"
