"Program is okay I did Drone but those gift cards they give you don't even work they promised me 700 dollars and I got nothing useless cards."
"I live across the street from one of their homes and have been forced to file a nuisance complaint!"
"Cool place to work. Background friendly. Definitely a diverse place to be for employees and individuals. Can be a hostile and confusing environment at times. Sometimes it felt like high school due to the volume of people as well as people’s immaturity. Great hours, good benefits, and nice program themed functions. Overall a lot of fun. I wouldn’t go back but it was cool while it lasted."
"This company allowed me a chance to grow within the company, I worked there for 10yrs and enjoyed every minute of it, I have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and NCIA gave me my first opportunity to share my love for helping others in need. The employees are like family to me, they made my work day memorable daily, thank you NCIA for giving me my start!!!!"
"This is one job I'm gonna TRULY miss! My job as an auto shop instructor and fleet mechanic of 6 years was great. Very positive environment. Shout outs to: teachers, teacher assistants, van drivers and aides, behavioral staff, admin (the "K's they know who), therapists, principal ("great_______, or should I say" _______ the great"), and a HUUUGE shout to the Director. Also great thanks to the CEO, COO, finance/ hr department, AND the transportation coordinator...I know this a lot, but when you're at a job where everyone's working together to serve others in need, the positive energy is great! ...now for the cons: saying goodbye."
