Reviews of Hope House Treatment Center
"Outstanding staff and director Jim. I recommend this place highly . My family members was treated here and the respct, treatment, and personable care was wonderful ❤️"
"Hope house is a sad place. My brother needed help and reached out to this place. He was there for about a week. He got into it with a new patient and they both were emotionally unstable. He got kicked out. No one was harmed. I know at rehabs patients are emotional. So why is it the staff does not know how to deescalate such a situation. He is know on the streets again getting high. The police were called, and said this place does this often and it’s sad. Easy check from local government I guess. Thank u to the staff and counselors for giving up so quickly at a place of hope."
"Hope House in Crownsville was my first and last rehab I ever went to. It being my first experience in that setting I didn’t know what to expect. The staff welcomed me with open arms and actually made me feel like I was a human being with the potential to turn my life around and they gave me the tools and resources to do so. I left there a different person with a different perspective on life. I am now going on sober for a year and a half which I thought was never attainable for me. Hope House was just the beginning of my recovery journey but if not for my life changing experience with them I would not have the amazing opportunities and gratitude that I have in my life today. Thank you doesn’t do enough justice. They saved my life and to return the favor I will continue to help others who are like me. Remind them that you can beat this one day at a time and that you can have a fulfilling life again after addiction. Just as Hope House staff did this for me. United we stand, Divided we fall. Much love and respect I have for all of you there. You are everyday hero’s and the fact that you choose to do this as a career just speaks volumes to the compassion you carry in your hearts ❤️"
"I came here in 2015, relapsed because I wasn't ready. I came back 8 months later, and they made me feel like a human again. The staff, the activities, the meetings, the insistence that nothing is more important than my sobriety saved my life. Since 2016, I have been sober and I've watched my life explode in the most magical way possible. This is my home, my foundation, and I am forever grateful for what y'all gave me."
"I recieved treatment at hope house Feb-March 2021 and I am currently 430 days sober (I am 31 and suffered from alcohol abuse since 2010). This was the second rehab i recieved treatment at (first in 2015) and by far the best experience I've had. They not only focus on your substance abuse but have classes centered around mental health, traumas and triggers, brain science, and spirituality. The counselors there are patient and kind, you can tell they genuinely care about your well-being. Hope house helped me to not only become sober but deeply figure myself out. As long as your are willing and open minded, this program will definitely benefit you in the long run."
