"This place does not value their patients time. My first appointment was for 10:45 am but was told to come in at 10am. Was thinking that I would be seen earlier but that wasn't the case. When I asked why I was asked to come earlier was told because new patients usually don't have their paperwork in order. They shouldn't assume that every person will be the same way. Was not seen by the doctor until almost noon. My second appointment was for 2:30pm I signed in at 2:18pm in which the waiting room was empty and the staff just talking to each other. Was not seen until 3pm. If they want us to respect their late policy then they need to respect our time also and see their patients on time or at least communicate with waiting patients but nothing. Worse staff"
