"I definitely recommend this place. The staff was great, the facility is clean and the wait time was pretty good. My only complaint was with Simone. She was quite rude. I would still return here though, with the hopes the of seeing someone other than her. Still, 5 stars for the overall experience."

"Never in my life have I been to an urgent care that will turn you and your baby away stating that there are already thousands of people in there. The lobby had one person waiting. The website stated their were two in line. After leaving, the website then said three were in line so the receptionist surely turned us and our sick baby away. This location closes at 10pm. We were there at 8:30pm. For the record, we've been there before at 9:15pm with three people ahead of us and we're still seen. The doctors were good as well, but I don't know what happened this time. Now we are headed out to Springfield all the way in VA as the receptionist suggested. Please do better. Refusing care should never be an option. I get it, you want to be off at 10pm. Terrible."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here with my toddler. I'd always heard that clinics are busy, crowded, and a chaotic. I have experienced that in some ERs when my son was a baby, but walking into this facility was a breath of fresh air. They had small face masks for my son, beautifully decorated walls, and it wasn't crowded at all. We were greeted from the moment we walked through the door and check in was simple and easy. Once my son started receiving treatment, they turned the TV on for him so he could sit comfortably during his treatment. They explained plainly about his diagnosis and home-treatment instructions were clear. I appreciated the medical equipment they provided and that the prescription was sent right away. This was just a wonderful experience overall and without a doubt, I would bring my son here again should the need arise. Thank you all!"

"Very friendly staff, from checkin, to triage to treatment, the front desk team member (Fabiosa), nurse (Asia) and doctor (Dr. Damisse) were all great! I think I got their names right…The place is bright, clean colorful and welcoming. My kid (a toddler) cries for everything, and while we were here not a tear was shed. We were both made to feel very comfortable. The online appointment making process is easy, and you can submit all of your paperwork and insurance info on your phone. And parking is free and plentiful. Worth the drive from southeast. Very little wait and very efficient. Give it a try if you’re in need of urgent care."
