"This office is horrible. Sonya Gerald said to me I need to find other OBGYN due to my age (38) because I ask for birth control. After I had a discussion with her about getting an implant Then still have someone call and try to schedule for an annual. That was my unprofessional."

"I asked for an appointment with a medical doctor but a physician assistant young enough to be my daughter walked into the room. I asked for a diet. I was refused but was offered a prescription for Trulicity instead. I'm not diabetic."

"I have had United Health Care for a while and I think it is time to move on. The worse experience ever with the Gerald Family Care. I started second guessing myself about my visits and change locations three times. The Glenarden's Office, Marlboro Pike and Providence Hospital Office and all act the in the same manner. I come to make sure my health issues are in order and not be treated like a number. They take your copay, send you to a specialist to pay again and rush you off. I am not a number and when a office staff is rude, you can bank they follow suit. I have never been to a office where I was afraid to go there or neglected myself because of the unprofessionalism. Open season next year this office will be in my rear view. Take this as a heads up and never let anyone treat as a number."

"What a nice DR. I think some changes were made today was a great experience. The other visits were nice as well. Try this little office. I think supporting little places is a good thing to do. The major chains have this and that, but someone trying to keep a business alive says a lot. I do t know this practices story but I would guess they have helped families for some time. Being a Dr and medical professional is a selfless life. So if anyone deserves support it’s a small place like this. I had a great visit today. Thanks"
