She was very patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and relentless while trying to resolve my issue. She is a perfect example of what a Customer Service Representative should be in fulfilling their duties. If Kohl's conducts training videos to help employees understand how to effectively handle customers Crystal should be the example. She is a KEEPER!"
"I got an e-coupon in email on Sunday 1/21, extra 40% off , expires Wednesday. So I went to this store on 1/24 Wednesday. Upon check-out, I was told the coupon expired. I opened the email, it says "Expire today" at the top. Sales girl held my phone and scrolled down to the bottom. At the bottom, the email says it expires on 1/21. Very deceptive!"
