"If I could give it zero stars I would. We asked an associate for a shoe in size we needed said he would get it. He then proceeded to help another family. Got them shoes for three of there family members. No one else in the store would give us the time of day to help us. Super Unprofessional don’t waste your time just go to Foot Locker."

"I am surprised by the amount of negative reviews. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by employees who offered to assist me with my order pickup. They had trouble locating my order but were patient and eager to help. One of the best experiences I've had at this mall and will order again, especially since Snipes had the lowest prices for my pair of Nikes!"

"Not the best customer service at all. Took at minute to find help. Understood the t-shirt is the only uniform but JESUS help us to what is worn below the waist. SMH - any who, I found a sneaker, asked for my size (9) which was on display, I tried it on then asked for the match. Well, they came back to say someone is walking around with mismatch shoes. One size 9 and the other size 10. 1.) - how could you sell mismatch sneakers, interesting to know what your inventory looks like. 2.) was told I could order online and ship them, looked at my email receipt later and realized he ordered the wrong size. 3.) Called the store 25 times (literally all day) and No Answer. Called City Line Ave location and they stated - no one never answers. Again, this is horrible customer service. Management is not any better but National will hear about this... SNIPES headquarters, 7601 State Rd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19136. Try another store to purchase your footwear..."

"The New store manager Omar is super unprofessional ! The fact that his employees are way more knowledgeable and understanding then him is very upsetting. I came in to this store today to purchase some Toddler sneakers for Easter for my son that I seen online on sale, I was super excited an and ready to make the purchase on my lunch break. While the helpful young man looked for them he noticed that there was an error in the system. Turned out that the sneakers in the picture online was not the same color of the actual sneakers that are in sale. I was told by one manager that it’s okay not worry about it because the mistake was on their end. She was very helpful and Immediately her goal was to satisfy my needs as a customer and said they would be able to give it to me for the price it showed online . When Omar came out he immediately disregarded what me and his employees were saying, he grabbed the box of sneakers and went to scan it At the kiosk. He then confirmed that the mistake was on the back end in the system but even still he will not give me the price the kiosk nor the online website shows. The employees confirmed it could of been done and should of been given to me for the price that is shown online but Omar didn’t think so and of course treated his employees as if they didn’t know what they were talking about . Completely unprofessional and will definitely be my last time visiting that location. HR should definitely visit this location sense it seems like both employees and now customers aren’t happy with Omars professionalism and work ethic! Snipes you guys are great and seriously need to revisit customer service trainings with Omar ASAP ! The sneakers in picture are black but the ones on sale were white , gray and green."
