"Very abrasive and quick to talk over patient. The worst and most unethical action displayed by Dr. Sussal was when he berated me for a full 20 minutes for having trouble paying balance in full knowing full well that I was having financial issues and that was a huge part of my anxiety. No medical professional should put profit over a patient's well-being let alone bully them about it. To top it off I was charged for a full counceling session when all that happened was 20 minutes of him berating and bullying me into giving him the only money I had on my person at the moment."

"Dr. Sussal did not take my concerns that I had for my son seriously. He would routinely cancel appointments with us. I felt like I was a complete joke to him when I would make him aware of the things my son was doing. He acted more like a friend to him then a doctor. I later found out my son was doing drugs and when I tried to get an appointment to discuss a treatment plan to get him to stop, he refuse to see me. Instead he tried to put us off on his Nurse Practioner Dominque Clark who we’ve never seen before and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is do you want more medication. I also was seeing a therapist there myself I believe her last name was Fitzgerald or something like that, she was no help neither she kept wanting to talk about the same thing over and over again and when that ran dry she discharged me from her care with no diagnosis of what is/was going on with me. No body seems to care at that place of business. I can say that the front desk staff were always polite and helpful whenever I was in office. But it is hard to get someone on the phone."

"After reading the reviews posted I am mordified! I have never experienced anything but professionalism from Dr. Sussal. His office staff sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed but they are not horrible. He has been the greatest help with my grandchild. This child has recrently moved to another state and her bedhavior has escalated to the point that if it were my choice she would be moved back to Maryland under his care. He is frank and tells sit like he professionally sees it and he does not minimize a situation. I plan to request seeing him myself because of the results received when my grandchild was his patient."
