"The techs and doctors are good at what they do. At the end of the visit for a hearing test, they were able to give to me a detail report of where my hearing loss is at this time. Just be aware, when they are ready to start the first test, you are told to sit in a room where there is no one in the room. You may have to sit there for a while. But actually, the tech is in the room next door, but you are to echo the words that you hear without seeing the tech speak. It was a little distracting hearing voices of other people in the hallways, but maybe that was part of the test to see if you could filter out those other voices to listen to the tech spear the words. Billing: I just my first bill from them today. It was already 60 days past due, with a "Final Notice" on the bill. Be aware that there book keeping may not be the best in the world."
