"It was easy to schedule my appointment by phone. The salon is clean and welcoming. I was offered water and tea right away and the staff were friendly and efficient. My nails turned out great and I felt like the person helping me was committed to me liking my nails throughout the experience. They had massage chairs for the pedi which was nice. I'll definitely be back."

"It was a terrible experience. For how much everything costs, it seems as if the stylist I had couldn't do anyone the styles I wanted, or have the confidence to do so. My nails looked nothing like what I going for. Also 2 yrs ago I scheduled an appointment for a wedding shower for 3ppl, including the bride and they let a random woman take one of our spots. So only I got my nails done, and the bride and another bridesmaid sat and watched me, and they had to hurry and get their nails done the day b4 the wedding. I don't have high expectations, due to the fact I've only gotten 3 manicures in my life, 2 of which was at nails inc. I will NEVER go there again"

"I showed the nail tech the style I was going for and it was completely off what I wanted. She didn't speak to me much during my appointment, rushed my nails, and I was not happy with my nails. I will be going somewhere else to get dip nails."
