"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITTER!!!! I booked a 2 month stay for my boxer with Kristin, my trip was cut early so I let Kristin know I would be picking her up after just 30 days. She found excuses for every time I wanted to pick my dog up, and when I finally was able to get her I was in tears. After only 30 days my dog lost nearly 15 pounds, she was extremely malnourished, her bones popping out like I had never seen before. Kristin never gave me any indication that my dog was losing weight or having trouble eating. Upon confronting her, she tried to tell me that this was all because my dog is not used to running around so much and must’ve worked off all her food. FYI, my dog and I hike mountains and run miles through national parks. I had her immediate seen by the vet and they believe that my dog had not been eating properly the entire time she was there. Kristin was rude and disrespectful to myself and my parents when we tried to understand why my dog was being returned in such a terrible state. STAY. AWAY. This woman should not be allowed to care for animals!!!!!!!!"

Don’t have time to drop your dog off? Tight on time? This is an amazing (extra) service offered. 2. Coppermine Kennels ensures the dogs have ample exercise and time outside. The dogs are taken to the dog park or walked (with a leash). 3. The dogs are able to sleep freely. They are not crated or confined to a space. 4. Coppermine goes above and beyond. And more if I ask. 7. They are always accessible. Coppermine Kennels has responded to every message I’ve ever sent within 10 minutes, if that. There’s no better feeling than to be able to enjoy your vacation knowing wholeheartedly your dog is in good hands."

"Kristin is so great at communicating and keeping you updated! This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter, and he definitely was anxious. Kristin was great at catering to his needs, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. She even went and bought him more food to make sure he was getting enough calories since he was playing so much! Will definitely be trusting her with my dog in the future."

"A great place to bring your pup knowing that they will be taken care of and 100% comfortable. You can tell Kristin and her entire family love animals. The boarding kennel is beautiful, clean and feels so relaxing. My dog had such an amazing time playing with all the horses, cows and there’s so much land for them to run on. Kristin sends pictures, texts and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time Sparky was there. Will definitely be bringing her back to play. Thanks Kristin for what you do!"
