"Very disorganized school. You won't be told about events until the last minute. The school needs to have lots of repairs done. Some of the staff needs to be replaced. The worst athletic department in the county. If you can do better don't waste your time in this school."
"Great school. Teachers are great. Special education classes are excellent. Allied sport teams are excellent. Overall great place to send your children."
"The worst athletic department in the county. There are substandard coaches and athletic director. Inappropriate music that has a lot of cursing, talks of drug dealing and disrespectful language is played at every game. Without any consideration for the young children and grandparents that attend the games. It's embarrassing. There is zero accountability for the staff. Safety is not enforced. There is no process for dropping or picking your student up from school. Parents park at the designated drop off area and cause traffic jams."
"Went here years ago so I'm sure things have changed a bit. But this was actually a great school when I went. Diverse, plenty of programs, clubs, and activities. Mr Carr out a lot of pride into the theatre performances and in theatre class as well. Ms Cotton was the best science teach that ever happened. The foreign language teachers weren't great. But overall, a good school"
"So much is happening at OMHS this year- a hidden gem in the Owings Mills community. Our new principal, Mrs Campbell joined our strong administrative team- they are all committed to instruction and the well being of all of the students. We opened a new athletic stadium, the art kids painted a mural for the community, we raised money for breast cancer through our OMHS bands together campaign, and showed our spirit by winning a contest on Mix 106.5- Rise Up Eagles!. The PTSA is stronger than ever...so many parents are getting involved!!! And it just keeps getting better!"
