"Service is inconsistent. When the owner does or supervises your nails they're great. However the last few appointments between several techs have TORN UP my nail bed. You can see every fill in my nail bed like rings of a tree. I had such deep wells in my nail bed I will eventually loose part of my nail when it grows out. Extra services like chrome wouldn't even last a day because top coat was hastily applied. My manicures would start to break within 2 days, sometimes needing fills in as little as ten days. I got a pedicure once and needed to cut my own nails 10 days later they were left so long. Soaking off this set was so hard that my new nail tech is convinced that it is dental acrylic."

"I went last week and I had one of the guys do my nails, I didn't catch his name because he didn't talk the whole time. But he was super aggressive when doing my nails, he nicked 5 of my fingers leaving me bleeding and my fingers in pain for a few days. Resulting in an infection in one of my fingers a few days later. During the appointment, when I was discussing colors he told me I was difficult and wasn't going to argue when I told him I wanted black he gave me purple/black. I felt super uncomfortable and unwelcomed and won't be coming back even though I came religiously and this was my first time with him and I'm super disappointed in the way I was treated."
