"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. LUNCH VOICE MESSAGE IS ON BEYOND LUNCH HOURS. OFFICE CLOSED VOICE MESSAGE IS ON MOST OTHER TIMES. DRS. HAVE A GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER...BUT STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT! JACKIE, ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE SHARING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT NEVER GETTING THROUGH TO THE OFFICE. WHEN I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK I WENT DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL! SHE EXPRESSED ZERO CONCERN THAT AS A PATIENT I WAD UNABLE TO REACH THE OFFICE FOR WEEKS! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!"
