"Dr. Koon and her staff are the absolute BEST!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I was suffering from dry eyes for YEARS and past doctors would just brush me off. Dr. Koon was the first to really take my worsening symptoms seriously and do something more than recommend OCT eye drops. Today my dry eyes have improved so much that I barely notice it. But not only did she help me, she and her staff took care of my kids' eye care needs as well. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and truly care. One of the technicians, Bree, spent HOURS patiently coaching my 13 year old daughter on how to put on contacts. If you've ever worn contacts, you know how hard it is to get the hang of it at first. Not once did Bree make my daughter feel bad about how long it was taking her to get it. Now my daughter pops them in no time flat. We cannot recommend Panoptic Eye Care highly enough.
