"For several months I was under the expert care of Kaitlin Z. for the recovery of 3 badly broken fingers. Kaitlin was extremely professional and attentive. She really took her time with me and worked so diligently to get my fingers back into action. The progress was slow for me, as the surgeon explained it would be, but Kaitlin never gave up working with different techniques and braces. She took her time, and what was especially valuable to me was that she really cared about me as a patient. Her very positive encouragement gave me the strength to keep working hard to recover. "It was suggested that half my appointments were to be water therapy with Kendra. Half of my PT appointments were cancel and rescheduled with Kendra. The paperwork that was given and the appointment confirmation said to arrive 15 minutes early so I arrived at 9:45 for a 10 am appointment. Five minutes after 10 I received notice that she was going to be late. I had never had late therapists before and to me it was a bad sign that it was our first session. I have these appointments before work so I cannot risk a tardy therapist. I left and canceled my appointment which is my right. I went to the Bowie office location to cancel my water appointments and get rescheduled with the therapist there. The receptionist was nasty. Asked me why I left. I explained the therapist was late. She proceeded to call Kendra to confirm she was there. I told her I’m not going back. She said I didn’t need to go back. Then there was no point to call to see if she was there. She wasn’t there when she needed to be there. I asked that she get my appointment rebooked there with my usual therapist. She laughed and said Well you won’t be able to get them back she’s booked. I said that’s fine schedule me for available therapist. She scheduled me for 1 appointment. I called the main number and was able to get all my sessions scheduled at the Annapolis location. The environment there is much more professional. The manager at the Bowie location called and I explained that woman should not be in customer service."
