"Dr. Bailey was very personable and thorough. The office assistant & MA were kind and helpful. My only suggestion concerns the pre-appointment forms. I filled out my forms online (assuming the completed forms directly updated my records in their system) but when I arrived I was told I was supposed to print them out and bring the forms with me. Maybe i missed it but this should be clearly stated on the website. I was extremely happy and relieved when the front desk assistant was able to update everything by asking me a few questions. Overall a great experience."
