"I was trying to get a referral sent over by phone and a medical assistant told the imaging place they couldn't. After many calls and no answer I drove over and I was third in line. There's no privacy for telemedicine during check in, you are announcing your name, birthdate and insurance information to someone at the front desk and anyone can hear. Isn't this a privacy violation. One woman older older than 40, pretended she did not know that women over 40 are supposed to have a mammogram once a year but she proceeded to dictate out so others can hear that I had lab work that had not been completed . She needs another job. My son had blood work done in August and they would not discuss it with him over the phone he needed an appointment of which he was unable to make because he was in college . It seem like they just wanted another reason to Bill the insurance. .I had him go on to the portal to get his lab results and one of the numbers were extremely high and I felt merited at least the phone call to alert him that he needed to do something about it or a prescription. that did not happen. Dr Thomas seemed ok k but the management or organization of this practice could use some improvement"

"Doctors are OK. Office and answering devices are very deficient. Office employees do not follow up on problems. Phone calls are not answered or put on hold for half an hour or more, never identify themselves or other employees transferring calls to. What a pity!"

"My primary care nurse (Jo Greenberg) listens to what I’m explaining to her and shares her informative expert knowledge regarding my situation in plain language. I never stay with a medical person that I’m not pleased with. Her bedside mannerism and medical expertise are what I need to assist with my care and well-being. She’s great!"

Dr Siegel was as companionable as ever and gave me all the info and choices for the up-coming procedure. I'm not looking forward to the colonoscopy, but the contact so far has been very good."
