"The people were nice. I'm not a super fan of the setup of the front office, its a bit too small for the amount of clientele, but the docs and nurses and admin were pleasant and helpful. I've been back a few times and I am liking it less. The bandage adhesive is too strong for newborn skin, the doc has had suspicious smutz on her coat more than once. I dunno."

"I’m sorry; I wanted to like this practice. I had high hopes for this establishment. Dr. Thompson is great and has an amazing bedside manner. However I can not say that about the additional HCPs. My child had eczema and the best they could prescribe was for me to avoid dairy and soy. Even with cutting those things out of my diet my child’s eczema persisted. My child’s eczema continued to worsen until I switched pediatricians who gave practical advice on how to handle her skin. After switching pediatricians my child started to improve in her weight percentiles as I was given practical tips to help with her weight gain. TLC pediatrics suggested that her slower weight gain had been due to allergies. This wasn’t the case. They charge interesting fees for simple things like scheduling appointments on Columbus Day (even though they choose to be open). We were supposed to get our $200 deposit back after insurance had been verified, but it took me and my husband asking for it after 5 months. They also exhibited lack of professionalism concerning my child’s medical records. I’m so glad I switched pediatricians because this place was just not it."

"I cannot say enough about this pediatrician’s office! They have really set the bar for care! I love that when my children come in to see Dr. Thompson, she knows who they are, their history and medical background. She is THE BEST pediatrician, very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. I also love that when Dr. Thompson is not available, any other provider takes excellent care of my children. It is a smaller practice , so everyone knows my family and I rarely if ever have to repeat concerns ( a bonus for me- my middle child started at a medical group and I was not a fan). Dr. Washington and Dia are awesome as well as Kathleen who has supported me when my children were infants, with lactation. I have visited other pediatricians prior to finding TLC, and I often felt that due to the volume of patients , my children left more ill than when they arrived . Not at TLC! It is a very clean office and attention to cleanliness is something I have never questioned . Also , the office staff should be applauded for their warm professionalism! It is never an issue making an appointment and with 3 kids and multiple visits a year , I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen. I am beyond pleased with TLC pediatrics and would recommend them to anyone!"

"This place is FREAKING AWESOME. I absolutely loveeeee this Drs Office its clean and they have different cartoon characters for each room. The Staff is nice and the Drs will go out their way to make sure that your baby is ok.... and the wait time isn't long. Thank God I've found this place."
