"Been going there for years doctors retired was never told. Hard to get anybody to answer phone or get an appointment. Lord forbid if you're sick if you don't have internet for this so-called virtual meds can just home and pray. Isn't that why you have a doctor so you can be seen when you're really sick not just to come in and get refills and weigh in blood pressure checks I understand you don't want to spread germs but you can always wear a mask."

"Appointments on time. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Physician I see always seems to be up-to-date with my history and is very helpful with current health issues. Would appreciate it if there was more openness to holistic approaches."

"So very happy with this practice and everyone I come in contact/interact with!! My PCP of 20+ years retired and I did not know where to turn...Maryland Primary Care Physicians is less than 5 minutes from my home and about 2 years ago I was lucky enough to find Bethany Taylor!! Today I had a 6 month re-check...from the time I entered the office I was acknowledge, greeted and checked in immediately...painless...everyone is sooo pleasant Both Shante and Marty were checking patients in and out ...they were exceptional with me and the other patients ; treating all with respect and like we were each the only person that existed!! Bethany Taylor and the tech working with her today (can't remember her name...sorry) were both thorough, addressing all my issues and taking the time to explain and answer all questions I had. Everyone is just so very pleasant, professional...yet caring!! I left this office feeling wonderful about the entire visit...and even stuck my head in the "Practice Managers" office to tell about my visit and how I felt about this practice!!! THANK YOU Maryland Primary Care Physicians for being there for ME!!!!"

"Can never get on the phone with someone. Took over 5 days to refill a routine medication, kept being told different things each time I called, was told at one point I was overdue and exam even though I had recently been there. Asked to speak to management and was hung up on. 5 days after my initial refill request, it was finally sent… to the wrong pharmacy. Attempted to call to have them resend- but was on hold for over 20 minutes and still never spoke with someone. Staff is rarely friendly, on phone or in person. A shame that a human medical office is suppose to be taking care of patients, yet can’t rely on them to get a prescription authorized in a timely manner. As someone who personally manages as hospital full time, this is one of the most poorly operated medical facility I have dealt with personally and professionally."

"My provider, Julie Reese, was amazing.. 5 stars for her. However, I found out she left the practice when I requested a refill for my prescriptions last week. After a week I finally was able to get a hold of someone, only to find out she was no longer there. I explained I was going out of town and was told they would be called in. Now it has been 1 week, 4 emails, and three phone calls and still no prescriptions. As a provider myself it is unacceptable to run a practice this way. The office should have contacted her patients, or at very least forwarded her emails to a current provider/staff."
