"I never in my life have seen a manager/worker this rude. Called and asked a question about my order 1 minute after ordering and he literally mocked me. I have heard other stories of this same individual chasing customers out of the restaurant over a tip! If you wanted good compensation offer good service. This guy is single-handedly ruining a good restaurant. Absolutely unreal that nothing has been done"

"As others have mentioned, the food is good but the guy running the place is the worst! He is ruining his own restaurant. All he would have to do is hire someone who knows how to treat their customers and the place would great. As it is now, it is always empty. I ate there once and when I asked for chopsticks, he actually rolled his eyes! I ordered the chips with the duck sauce (the same ones the place in Dallas gives out for free) paid $2.50 for it here, since I know he NEVER comps anything, and even though I was willing to pay for it, he still did not include it, he just stole my money! The place in Dallas actually knows how to treat their customers and makes sure to get orders right and the food is just as good, so go out of your way and go to Dallas until this place gets its act together and gets someone else to serve their customers."

"The food was excellent. I ordered the steamed shrimp and vegetables from the diet menu and had the spicy garlic sauce on the side. I should have been more accurate in ordering. Although my food was excellent, it was a little too spicy for my taste. I should’ve just ordered garlic shrimp."
