"If I could give a zero for the Arnold location, I would. First , you can’t get through half the time and then when you finally get someone, they are so rude. They are even ruder in person. How can you cancel or reschedule an appointment when they don’t answer the phone. Even the person my daughter saw was very rude to me. “I don’t like talking to parents.” Was what he told my daughter. Well how is she going to do better with her parents if you don’t like talking to them. Don’t ever take your children there."
"They either need to hire more people for their front desk, or train them to actually answer the phones. I'm guessing they likely don't have enough people, so I'm not going to blame them. However, for many people trying to start an appointment or get started, the fact that you can try multiple times throughout all times of the day, leave messages, and they never return your calls despite them saying they will after at least a day is discouraging to say the least. It's a big step for many people to try to remediate their mental health situations. People with anxiety struggle enough with phone calls. If you can't answer the phone, at least provide an alternate means of setting up an appointment."
"Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor, of any specialty. While seeing the doc, I attempted to describe my symptoms. The doc cut me off almost instantly, told me "we're not here to chit-chat", refused to listen to me describe what why I was there but instead insisted I respond with a 1-5 value to a series of vague prompts that I kept trying to tell him were not at all applicable to my (very serious!) symptoms. He then looked at the sum of the numbers (that I had explained were meaningless), and then asked *me* if I wanted to change the dosage of my meds. Great question doc! If only someone in this room had specialized training to determine that... Anyway, that was the entire appointment! He could have just mailed me a prescription pad and told me to Google 'depression questionaire' and it would have been the exact same quality or care. Except the doc did find the time to "chit chat" on the way out to invite me to buy a ticket to his choir performance so I guess that's more important than my health. Just all around a staggering level of casual disregard for their patients, to a degree I've never experienced with any other provider. Tldr; DO NOT GO HERE Note: this happened a couple years ago, I'm reviewing now because it popped up on google and reminded me, and I do not want anyone else to rely on them for their care."
"Beware of their billing. You'd get different information from different people about billing. At the beginning they told me that the deductible for induvial is up to $158 but after my appointment they charged me $191! When I challenged that amount, they transferred me to another person and she charged me $172! When I asked for a breakdown they failed to give me a clear breakdown of that $172. I was forced to pay that amount. After taking my payment information, they told me that deductible is valid for 1 year only! That is something that they never told me before! I'm guessing that's how they rip off people. Since, I already paid that deductible I may just stick with them till the end of the year but not sure what will happen after that. Wouldn't recommend this place at all."
"When I started going here, it was everything I wanted it to be, but the more I needed help, the less cooperative they were. Something very urgent happened in my life and I needed to see my doctor asap. I understand that other people have appts and you can't neglect them, but I left 2 messages with my doctor asking to either talk on the phone or meet in person sooner than my next appt and my father also left a few messages with them. None were even acknowledged. Got the robocall that I had an appt though! Also called multiple times to cancel an appt and got put on hold and hung up on multiple times. And still charged me the $100 for missing an appt I tried to cancel. Overall, it's not the worst, but I'd recommend going somewhere else if you need help fast."
