That being said, the employees are always friendly, and the store is always neat and clean. It's always easy to find what you're looking for."

This is what separated them from the competition but now they are doing the same thing as the other guys. One register with a worker and then only 4 self-scan registers which causes a line to form. Completely unnecessary."
