"Arrived at 0740 for a simple drug screen. The appointment time was 0800.The whiteboard behind the reception desk states that drug screen wait time is 30 minutes. The patient was not seen until 55 minutes had past. Though the reception staff had a decent demeanor, there was no reassurance that they were running behind schedule and would get to her soon. A simple drug screen might have turned into a UTI visit by having the patient hold their urgency to urinate. Service could have been better."
"Why do I have different Dr's when I schedule appointments? I've been there 3 times and different Dr's ALL 3 times. I asked one of the Dr's and I was told because they aren't here. If you know you're not going to be there, why not schedule a appointment when you are there for your patients? The front desk employees seem to always have a attitude, as if they DO NOT want to be at work. When I'm checking out the scheduler employee with a not so happy look on their faces on their personal phones. Just so rude. Also, look as if they do not won't to work with each other/together. A employee asked the scheduling person a question and she did not acknowledge her in a positive manner. Just so unpleasant. I've heard not so good things about Concentra. They tell me GOOD LUCK with that place. But one young lady at the front desk, the gentleman Devin, the x-ray technician and another young lady(I forgot their names) that took me back was very professional. That's why I gave 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given it 1 star."
"I really had a great experience from the time I walked in until I left after my services were performed. The staff were very nice, they greeted me as soon as I entered, they helped me fill out my check in info when I had trouble attempting to do it myself. I was offered water and they also told me the approximate wait time. The MA who assisted me was also very nice and attentive when providing me services. I also appreciate how clean this location was. The lobby, the bathroom, I was very impressed."
"The staff was respectful and polite. The one gripe I did have was with the system in which they represent the wait times to be seen. The board which I observed being updated said 45 minutes to 1 hour when I saw the last update but I was there for almost 2 hours. Other than that the staff conducted themselves professionally and the actual procedure was quickly performed and I was on my way. Thank you all for your service."
