"Very unhappy. A young man greeted me and I showed him the picture of what I wanted done. He said your nails are to short for that. Another man came over and said he could do them. I reinforced how I wanted them. He did not do it quite that way but I was ok with that. Then on vacation 4 days later 2 nails are already peeling off! I have not been washing dishes or even in the pool. I will not be back."

"I went to T&T Nails today to get a mani/pedi for my upcoming wedding. Marina was my nail tech and my nails came out AMAZING! She was very meticulous and detailed, always asking if i was happy during each step. They look great!"

"I have been a customer for almost 12 years. There have been great appointments, good appointments and now very bad appointments. I get a pedicure whenever I go. Recently I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure, the young man rushed through the appointment. When I asked a question as my toes were in pain, he continued to rush and not take the proper time to treat the pedicure process correctly. When I recognized other people who provided better service, the gentleman gave me his name and the young lady questioned me rudely and then refused to say her name. She even made a rude comment towards doing a pedicure for me and embarrassed me. The quality and kindness that this location used to have is gone when people ask for a specific service and are treated disrespectfully. It is a shame to see such a wonderful place turn from caring about their customers to now rushing people out the door and treating them like they don’t care about them anymore. The money is not worth the mistreatment and rushed service now. This place used to take their time and make the experience so great that you looked forward to the next visit. I will now have to look for another place that will make the self care a positive experience."

"Anna has been doing my nails since 2007…. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend her. Anytime I’m in town I make a point of seeing her. Her designs are always unique and her professionalism is top notch…. I really enjoy the new salon everyone is always friendly."

"I went here off and on for years. I’d always drop off for bad service. The last two times were the worst. I got a new set and had an old set removed. Vicki attempted to rip the old set off, causing me to wince in pain and ask her to stop and do it properly. The shoddy work and carelessness resulted in severe damage to my nail beds and allowed for nail fungus to grow. I recently soaked off and discovered just how bad it was. Now they have a phone number booking system, so there is proof of my appointments for the Dept of Health to confirm. Go somewhere else. It’s not worth it."
