"Great service across the board, starting with the initial tests and exam by Dr Litvak. Had surgery yesterday at the Summit Surgical Center and removal of the catheter today at Chesapeake Urology. Well-trained staff explains everything and runs thorough tests."
"Today was abnormal. Usually the staff is very efficient. Today I drove 45 minutes for an appointment that I made over a year ago. I arrived 15 minutes early. I checked in and was told to have a seat and someone would call for me. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and watched as multiple people walked in and were called back. When I went up to the front desk to check on what was happening I was told that I was supposed to be drinking water and that I would be seen in 15 minutes. At that point I walked out."
