"I went to the HACS website to book an appointment and was succesful. However, I never received a confirmation, so I called the office. No one answered, so I left a voice message. Less than an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call back stating that the calendar online is not working and appointments are only made by phone. The lady did not bother to discuss setting up an appointment at a later day/time after letting me know that the site was faulty. However, she called me back just to inquire exactly when I made my appointment. I suppose it's for the best that things didn't work out b/c I wouldn't want their services considering the lack of empathy displayed during the phone calls."
