"I have been very pleased with Rockville Gynecology. PA Kathleen Skillin is patient, kind and gentle in all she does. I feel safe asking questions, sharing personal experiences and am comfortable sharing necessary information with her. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are comfortable and clean and the overall experience is positive. For an exam I used to DREAD, this office truly makes it far easier to keep up with important check-ups for women. Very grateful!"

"After hearing good things about the doctors at this practice I attempted to schedule new patient appointments for my daughter and me in early November. The day of the appointment I got sick and had to cancel (online because my phone calls weren't answered). From there it became impossible to reschedule because their phone model is atrocious -- it becomes a vicious cycle of messaging on the portal, requesting a new appointment, calls back from the office days later and if you miss the call...too bad! They rarely answer the phone. I called again this AM and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. So it is now one month later after my initial reach out and I still don't have appointments....I'm going to a different provider. The scheduling headache simply isn't worth it and, as others have pointed out, my experience is the same as others have experienced. This practice would do well to consider a new front receptionist/scheduling model as I can't be the only patient they have lost due to their scheduling failures. It is shame since the doctors have great reviews."

"I just had the best experience with Dr. Rose. I work in public health specifically clinical care and women’s health. She was very knowledgeable, informative and personable. I did not feel rushed, she took her time to get to know me and offer suggestions."

"I have been a patient at this office for over seven years, and while they weren't perfect, Dr. Atrid Von Walter made it tolerable because she is the best doctor I have ever known. However, since she left the practice, everything has gotten worse. Although the office is in a great location and is pretty and clean, and Dr. Carolynn Young has good reviews, I am frustrated and tired of their service. They plan to charge for portal messages, but they don't answer the phone or respond to messages within 24 hours. I called them on October 26th, but they have yet to return my call. I am considering going to Dr. Von Walter's new practice at Virginia Women's Health in Reston, VA, even though I don't like driving that far."

For my prescription refill I had to drive to the office and ask them in person to call the pharmacy because no one was replying to my messages on their Patient Portal for 3 days. Switching to another doctor and facility."
