"I have absolutely no complaints about the doctor's care, but the Billing department does not answer my calls or those from my insurance. almost 6k bills that need to be resubmitted to be paid by my health insurance in the correct way that LIFESTANCE knows because they have sent them the warnings and detailed steps on how to make the payment request and they simply do not respond. The only incorrect entry of the payment request was made only for the Jul-Sep three-month therapies and the months of Apr-Jun have not been entered. My Health insurance has contacted them indicating the process to follow and I have also written to the billing area with the details and there has been no response for at least two months of constant attempts by my insurance and me personally. 8 months have passed since the first consultation, many calls answered by staff with a bad attitude and no solution."

"Saw a wonderful PMHNP for over a year. In March she said she was leaving practice. Lifestance said they didn't match me with anyone so I did my own googling and found another provider who seemed to be a good fit at a different location. Then my old PMHNP ended up staying so I switched back. 2-3 appointments later she suddenly cancels our appointment that was supposed to be today and says she is leaving at the beginning of August. This is horrible patient care. High turnover. Loved my provider but not the uncertainty of whether or not I'll get care from month to month."

"6/13 - finally got two remaining credits posted two weeks ago. 4/23 - Had 3 appointments that I was overcharged; finally got the first one resolved last week (received credit) but for some reason they didn't process the other two (all were sent in together); reaching back out tomorrow. 4/3 - still have not heard from anyone 3/27 - Sent all information as requested that same night....nothing has been done yet. No one has even contacted me. 3/17 - Absolutely worst experience ever...they take your credit card upfront and bill you whatever amount they want without any confirmation. I have been over billed for $100 more than Aetna says I should be paying on my EOB. The phone option for billing never gets answered. They just kept hitting my credit card even though they didn't resolve the overage. I have stopped going to them and moved my records (which cost me over $100 and I had only been a patient there for 1.5 months! I may have to cancel my credit card so that they don't have access to it anymore."

"They sent me a rude email and canceled my appointment after I submitted 7 forms of personal information and my credit card. They canceled it saying I didn’t give my card. Get it together. My time has value and you wasted it. You should give your clients $125 for wafting their time and canceling just like you’d take a cancel fee from us."

"Emily assisted me through a questionnaire I needed to do for my next steps in being evaluated for ADHD. She was helpful and set me up for further testing. I appreciated the time she spent with helping towards getting some much needed answers. Very pleasant woman."
