"Since beginning my treatment here at Excelsia, nothing but amazing care from the front desk down to the doctors! I was referred here after a car accident. I have been doing treatment for a month and the pain levels has decreased tremendously after the physical therapy treatments! Dr. Hunter is by far the best he provides different treatments for everyone that depends on your injuries of course. "Umm where do I start....I had an 2 appts yesterday 3pm+3:30pm for the 2nd appt I was called and Harrased about coming in early from Dr.Kevin Hunter+Traveler therapist when as a patient there is NO REQUIREMENT THAT I MUST BE EARLY OR I WILL GET PENTALISED WHEN I DONE NOTHING WRONG/Every doctors office gives a 15min grace period as to ur arrival time and I'm always early because I choose to be but I don't have to be early so Dr.Kevin Hunter can go home early then they switch my Doctor's Appt to 2nd when that was supposed to be 1st due to my EMERGENCY APPT and Dr.Kevin Hunter had attempted to cancel my Medical Therapy appt so he could leave before business hours closing time at 3:30pm/When hours of operation is 8am-4pm/I went to see Dr.Kalop Ademiloye and HE was complaining about he was waiting for me and I told him 3x's already that when Therapy Department called me I was driving to office early+They took 15mins of my time which held me up from proceeding because I was confused as to why Dr.Kevin Hunter+Traveler therapist are calling me about appt that has been made 2wks ago due to Doctor orders in my chart/Dr.Kalop started yelling and raising his voice at me with veins popping out his head and HE was very angry+Emotional with me a patient with door closed while I was in exam room with him and I felt terrified,tortured,I felt he was gonna hurt me in that Medical Exam Room THESE 2 DOCTOR'S WERE DISCRIMINATORY/RACIST/ANGRY/EMOTIONAL DISTURBED TOWARDS ME A PATIENT THAT DONE NOTHING WRONG only person who done his job professionally,respectfully,caring,polite was Steven the Traveler therapist I felt he cared about my health and My injury/All these 2 Doctor's care about in this office is going home early/One star is not deserved for the NIGHTMARE TREATMENT I received on yesterday/I am letting this be known so no other patient that is injured will experience this SCARY TORTURE while visiting this Medical THERAPY Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I enjoy My visits, Reason being is from day 1 They listen an went from there. The machines they use are really on point. Ultra sound machine to the professional back a neck cracking…their doing things that the therapy group I had a week before them wasn’t doing at all. Their line of care is greatly appreciated and I’m truly thankful they’re available to me. I was in a head on collision, that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But I’m grateful for Multi Specialty Healthcare center.
