"The staff is incredibly disrespectful. At least the young lady working the front of the store for sure. I simply asked why they were limiting access and she said due to limited staff. That is completely understandable. After that comment she then decided to add on “and because we feel like it”. Her arrogance was extremely off putting. After that we decided to just walk away and buy shoes at a different store. That individual shouldn’t be dealing with any customers"
"Just left Villa and the customer service was awesome. We were greeted the moment we walkes in. Jaquan and Charles offered superb customer service. They were also very knowledgeable when it came to product knowledge. Keep up the great work"
"The Villa need to get more big and tall for men because it's a lot of big guys out here who's just big and tall if they have more big and tall stuff the store would be all that and more better selection on men's wear instead of all this tight clothes stuff"

"Very dissapointed with the women who work in this store. As a white female I walked into this store by myself after being here previously with my SO. We bought some moto jeans we loved. I went back to buy another pair this time, and was asked 5 times in the matter of minutes If I found everything I was looking for as if the woman was trying to rush me out as fast as possible. I found a pair of jeans I liked after having to ask where I could try them on at without any direction to anything and procedded to go over to the check out. Unlike regular check out counters this store has a different style set up. Just a couple small computers on one side of on an island style counter. I walked infront of the computer assuming thats where I go and the woman told me " you can stay over there" pointing to the complete other side of the counter. Which was completely away from the checkout screen. Wondering why shouldn't I be on the side closest to the woman and checkout screen. I tried being friendly talking about how I love these style jeans with the distressed look and she responded with a "yeah all of mine are too", snobby attitude than said its $25. I handed her the money and another woman walked in. Suddenly this clerk who never said more than merely 5 words to me, was extremely nice to the black female who had just walked in. Encouraging her to take her time look around and let her know if she needed anything or any help. I said have a good day and got no response. Clearly the people who work in this store are racist against white people. Sad because I would have shopped here more often but after this I no longer have any desire to shop here again."
