"*Update my recent experience with John Hopkins Community Physicians was much better. The place has REALLY declined since COVID... They just don’t really want to see you in person. I’m sorry, but a skin problem kind of has to be seen and examined."
"I wish you could clone medical professionals like Dr. Meyers. He takes the time to answer questions and helped me make an informed decision about my health. I have made so much improvement and learned to advocate for what I needed to help manage my symptoms. I cannot thank him enough! I feel like I am getting my life back :)"
"WOW- I love my kids doctor (Dr. C- you are the best- this is not a reflection on you) but JHCP really needs to figure out that it's time for them to treat their patients and stop hiding behind COVID protocols. Our children need care for colds, flu, pink eye, etc. Your bureaucratic procedures are not about safety anymore because after more than a year of this pandemic you should have developed a plan to see these patients without having to jump through crazy hoops just so that kids can get antibiotics. You are better off taking your kids to urgent care than waiting for their doctor that understands their medical history."
"The triage nurse DO NOT WANT TO WORK, every time I'm calling for a sick child she is asking me to go to urgent care. She knows that we have negative covid test (PCR) less than 48 hours, she was still saying maybe your daughter is having covid :( I'm not coming back to this office ........ Malpractice"
"This is the worst medical location i have ever had to deal with. I overlooked some of the bad reviews but now I see. I called to set up an appointment for a check up..which I did just fine. The whole time I was getting text alerts reminders about the appointment day and time. I then arrived at the address on time. It would have been nice since there are two separate buildings on the campus to maybe get a suite # after walking around for 10 mins trying to find the right office I decided to call. Well the lady picked up and hung up the phone.. after trying multiple times I kept getting their voicmail. This is not the team I want to handle my health. Find another provider trust me"
