Reviews of MinuteClinic at CVS
"N. Onwuemene was Polite, Professional and Proficient. She was patient to my questions and my concerns."
"I am only leaving a one star review because I had to select something. I should have a looked at the reviews before I even made my minute clinic appointment. I scheduled my appointment online yesterday. I went there this morning to go to my appointment and I attempted to sign in the kiosk when it said that there was no appointment with my name. I then saw a nurse, or whatever come out of the room. So I said excuse me. She then says while walking by me “ if it’s about the kiosk, I can’t help you” and then proceeded to go to the bathroom. What I was going to ask was I have an appointment it’s not showing up can you still see me but she didn’t even give me the chance to say anything. Obviously, they hired the wrong person too. “Help” people after looking at the previous reviews. Never never never go to this location."
"If it were possible to leave a negative star rating, I would. I scheduled a covid test, because a co-worker popped positive, and I just wanted to be safe. I made my appointment online, and honestly didn't notice if it said "drive-thru" or "walk-in". I haven't needed to get a test since last year, and most places did drive-thru at the time. So I show up here at 1850 for my scheduled appointment, i check in online, and sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The guy at the window is cool, but tells me I need to come inside for my test. I walk in, I check in at the kiosk, and nobody calls me. I pace back and forth for 10 minutes. Not one employee offers me assistance. I'm 6'3 and over 300 lbs.....you can't miss me. Finally, some guy comes over and knocks on one of the doors, and the testing lady comes out. I tell her I'm here for my appointment. She tells me that she's about to close up. I tell her I was on time, but in the wrong location. She's not having it. She proceeds to explain that its a 20-minute pricess, and God forbid you stay 10 whole minutes extra. She would rather stand there and argue with me and tell me to re-schedule than just help me. I will NEVER visit this location again."
"Arrived before opening on a Sunday morning. After logging in, the screen switched to "no slots available". Talked to manager who said I should wait to be seen whenever possible. Nurse showed up, I told her I couldn't log in etc. Waited for 10 minutes. NOBODY WAS THERE. She then said I needed an appointment. I repeated that kiosk wouldn't let me and she said no slots were open. I pointed out that NOBODY WAS THERE and she said "sorry". I waited (to her dismay) for another 15 minutes and NOBODY WAS THERE. She was just straightening brochures! Another 10 minutes and NOBODY WAS THERE. She was literally doing nothing but refused to see me."
"I arrived 10 minutes prior to my schedule appointment to check in and once done, the computer told me that my appointment would begin in 45 min. I looked at the screen and someone else was already checked in ahead of me but he hadn't been seen yet nor was he waiting so I should've taken that as a warning. I could hear the NP through her door on speakerphone shooting the breeze with a friend while the friend ranted about issues with another friend. This went on for a good 15 minutes while I was there so who knows how long the other guy had waited before he gave up. It was completely unacceptable. I finally left and went to a real urgent care."
