"Shockingly rude and the complete opposite of healthcare. Referred by my primary care. Normally go to Patient First and after today, I won’t ever use another urgent care other than Patient First. Dangerous to allow someone like that, who did not take vitals, who “treated” me in the lobby without doing an exam etc. to practice medicine. Asked if there was an issue and D.O. Felber assured me he treated everyone the same as me. Whether that is true or not, he was nasty, uncommunicative, and was not even going to give me any “discharge” paperwork. Do NOT go here if you care about your health, are ill, and need urgent care. This review should not have one star, but I cannot post it without the minimum rating."

"My son hurt his finger playing basketball and wanted to ensure it wasn't broken. Made it by closing time (8pm) at Medstar Urgent Care (5454 Wisconsin Ave) but they claimed the "doctor left out the back door) which was very weird so we should just drove to nearby Bethesda at MedOne and Dr. Felber was fantastic, got the Xray (not broken) and followed up the next day. Just a wonderful, personalized experience and there is free parking in the back. They're open until 9pm and this is our go to from now on. Dr. Felber is the absolute best."

"Eric is a great doctor. Always a very easy visit and super convenient. Always parking available. Been going for probably 10 years and every single time it is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. I’m not the type to leave reviews, but this place has the best customer experience one could have at an urgent care. Shout out Eric."

"Recently slipped & fell. Thought I sprained my ankle. After several hours, the pain & swelling continued to increase so I went to the local Hospital ER. The wait time was listed as 4 hours with lots of sick people. Then I tried MEDONE at 8 pm on a Sunday night. After a brief wait, I was taken back for a complete exam and immediate x-ray which showed a broken lower leg. The doctor put me in a hard splint/cast & referred me to an orthopedic doctor., saw me 2 days later & said the Urgent care doc did everything correctly, - he did NOT have to do anything additional. I appreciate the quick & complete service PLUS I did not have to wait 4 hours or pay $400 or sit with lots of real sick folks at the Hospital ER. I don't think some of these other people who complained about the small & reasonable wait ever tried the Hospital ER. Thankful for good service & fair fees."

"This place is great. Fast, clean and friendly. The absolute definition of Urgent Care. Not my first time here but today, I came in with an obvious ear infection and left 10 minutes later with the confirmed diagnosis AND the antibiotics. I didn’t even have to go to a pharmacy! Dr. Felber is a kind knowledgeable doctor and he’s great with kids too!"
