"Follow up review: Thank you for your prompt response and investigation Adventist. I've been contacted on this matter and it had been resolved. All your efforts have been appreciated and I look forward to a positive future scheduling experience. Highly disappointed. I was trying to schedule a virtual same day appointment. Miss Carla at the call center assured me she was a "professional" (employee) during our call and that I could expect a call back. I trusted that. Almost 3 hours later I find out when I call back that she never reached out. Miss Carla never communicated, relayed or documented in the system for my nurse practioner to give me a call. To my dismay I couldn't make an appointment till the following business day. Not only an inconvenience, but nothing was handled "professionally" as promised."
"Such a waste of mine time when I make an appointment with Dr. Adrian over a month ago they said over the phone they would be able to help me. When I show up for my appointment after submitting all my personal info the receptionist told I need to switch my medical provider before the doctor could see me. That's not what I was told over the phone very disappointed with the lack of communication."
"I visited a primary care physician office over a month ago. I have to constantly call for my labs . No one got back to me and eventually one of the front end associate picked up the phone and said to me “ your labs have been here a while ago let me go and talk to the doctor she’s yet to review them.” she comes back and said the doctor said to tell you xyz. The doctor couldn’t even give me a call to talk to me herself about my condition and what needs to be done . I found that very unprofessional. The fact that I have to keep calling for my labs as well as sleep study that they were suppose to initiate . Till this day the labs are still not loaded in the portal . I’m never going back there ."
"I have been attending this clinic for 12 years and have received excellent medical care. The clinic is always bussy, so come prepare to wait. I often bring a book or the phone. In the reception area I enjoyed the health educational videos. When I brought my elderly father 12 years ago, he had many chronic conditions and Dr. Bonelli was able to stabilize his conditions until he passed away at age 96. We must put things into perspective, many patients at this clinic require extra attention due to being disadvantage, socio economically and lacking literacy and English skills. This requires patience, time and committment. Dr. Bonelli has shown to have what it takes to meet the needs of his patients. I recommend Dr. Bonelli without reservations."
"NP Sandrine Happi was okay but I deliberately told her I wanted the tablet form of a medication and she sent in the cream instead. When I called the office I spoke to an extremely rude receptionist. When I told her I wanted to switch the medication she said that the supplemental medication was the tablet I was thinking of and when I tried to explain that both medications were supposed to be tablets she told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and continued to over talk me. She said that she was going to leave a message for sandrine happi to switch the medication and she had no idea when the provider would see this message. It has now been two weeks and I haven’t heard anything from this provider. This was a horrible experience. I do not recommend."
